                      The Choice-Cube Method:           A Self Help Approach That Gives You Choice And Helps You Change                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Life has it's difficulties, big and small. The Choice-Cube Method equips you to understand and change your reactions to life's difficulties. With this method, you will find immediate relief from hurtful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will also learn how to make long-term permanent changes. You can become the person you were meant to be and have the relationships you so deeply desire.

 

When you feel anxious, confused, or just don't know what's wrong,

you can use the Choice-Cube Framework/Cubi to read the signals

coming from the negative reactions of your:

                           body - stress

                           emotions - negative or painful 

                           mind - thoughts and pictures in your mind

                           will/desires - avoid or control people and situations

Using the framework to self-monitor clues you in to signals from both your conscious and subconscious minds. You cannot change something you don't know about.

Using the framework also challenges you to take responsibility for what you can change---yourself! Instead of becoming stuck blaming something or someone for what you feel, think, and do, create choice by taking realistic responsibility for what you think, feel, and do.

Choice-Cube Basic Concepts

Here are some basic concepts of the Choice-Cube Method. They are not complex, but neither are they always easy to implement. The alternative, however, is to keep repeating the same old useless, even dangerous reactions to life.

  • Use the framework to help you pay close attention to your inward reactions to difficulties.
  • Take responsibility for your reactions and your part in the problem. 
  • Use the tools and four steps to look for the whole truth of a situation with compassion for yourself and others as the key to resolving difficulties.
  • Use the tools and four steps to to create choice and change so that you return to the light--peace, acceptance, confidence, and satisfaction.
  • Become your best self in all your relationships, including your realationship to God or Higher Power.

Note:  The method does not heal. It only helps us get to greater truth with compassion for ourselves and others. Truth and Compassion are the healers.
